I found that 1GB was not enough and immediately contacted customer service to upgrade. However, since there was no way to refund the eSIM, I had to buy a new all-you-can-eat one. I hope there will be an upgrade plan in the future. I am very grateful to the customer service for their quick reply. I am not familiar with the place abroad, which makes me feel relieved.

The eSIM couldn't be scanned, so I contacted customer service immediately. It turned out that I didn't have Internet access. The customer service was very considerate and quickly guided me to install it. It was very reassuring to go abroad.

When traveling across the United States and Canada, I originally wanted to buy two network cards, but it turns out that DJB is available in the United States and Canada. It’s so considerate and perfectly suited to my travel needs.

I bought a 500MB mobile phone as a backup for work. It was really disappointing when I had to deal with work while traveling abroad. Fortunately, the network was smooth and I didn’t encounter any problems.

I bought 500MB for children to play games, which is enough. I bought all-you-can-eat for myself. The whole trip was smooth and children did not come to grab the Internet.

It is highly recommended to buy it when traveling to the United States. The signal is stable and the Internet speed is quite fast. It is convenient for booking and contacting. The signal is acceptable when traveling to the mountainside in the suburbs and the Grand Canyon, and there is no problem of network interruption.

When traveling to the United States and Canada, I am most afraid of not being able to use the Internet if I am not familiar with the place. The customer service staff responded very quickly. This purchase experience made me feel very at ease. I will continue to order if I go to other countries in the future.

Temporary purchase, the price is good, the QR code is very convenient, and the installation is simple. Although it was not stable at the airport at first, it became much faster after turning off the Central Taiwan number.

I will definitely use DJB’s sim card every time I come to the United States. I have placed orders three times and it has been very smooth from Los Angeles to San Francisco.

This trip to Canada took me all the way from Toronto to Vancouver, and my online performance is really worthy of praise! There was no lag at all when looking for cafes in the city, checking out attractions, or changing itineraries temporarily. My friend who bought a different card completely crashed and laughed so hard 😂 There was no disconnection problem when traveling by car. It was smooth to take photos at waterfalls and share the beautiful scenery with a mobile phone. Later, I went for a walk on the beach near Vancouver and looked for a restaurant. The internet speed was stable and the overall experience was good!

20251003 I went to Yellowknife, Canada to see the aurora, and landed in Seattle, USA for a layover. I installed it as soon as I got off the plane. The installation process was very smooth and simple. The signal was ready for use immediately after installation. The signal was good in urban areas, except for the lack of signal when watching the aurora in a relatively remote place in Yellowknife Town (but at this time, even the Wi-Fi machine had no signal). My personal experience after using it was very good. I recommend it to people who want to travel to and from the United States and Canada.

The installation was easy. I successfully installed esim as soon as I got off the plane and was able to access the Internet immediately. What I caught was the Bell signal. I drove from Vancouver along the way, passing through Hope, Kelowna, Kamloops, Revelstoke, Banff, Canmore, and finally took a ferry to Victoria and other cities. I had good Internet access. Before purchasing, I was worried that the reception would not be good, so I bought different sim cards separately, but The actual signal reception is equivalent to another Telus physical sim card (this one is much more expensive). In summary, there is no difference between the two in general daily use. There is almost no signal reception problem during the journey (except for some sections of remote mountain roads along the way to Banff where reception is not possible, but Telus also has no signal in these sections), so it is recommended to everyone!

Personal experience ~ I recommend buying it to friends who want to go to the United States and Canada, and maybe even to remote areas like Yellowknife Town. This time I went to Seattle in the United States, Vancouver, Canada, and Yellowknife Town. The network was very smooth throughout the trip. I highly recommend it to people who go to remote areas to buy it. My friends in the same industry have little or no signal or can't use the Internet to Yellowknife Town, but the DJB is so easy to use, and the signal in Yellowknife Town is very good. Except for those super remote places where I go to chase the aurora at night. Apart from the base station (no one will have a signal at this time), it is so useful that I must recommend it to friends who are going to take this trip in the future~ Because when I went to Yellowknife Town, I looked for many network cards. I happened to see a netizen mentioning that the DJB network in my colleagues was great, so I came here to buy it. I was not disappointed at all. I hope it will be helpful to friends who want to go to Yellowknife Town in the future~ I tried it carefully and thought it was a good experience, so I want to share it with everyone~
