Do I pay every month? What does "average monthly" mean?
$25 is the average monthly price of the 360-day plan (each period is 30 days). You pay $304 once when you order — it is not billed every month. 360 days is 12 periods, not a calendar year (365 days).
When does the plan start? Can I pause it if I am not abroad?
The plan starts on the date you choose and is counted in days (30／180／360 days). Pick a length that matches your trip. Ask support before you order whether days abroad-only count, and whether the plan can be paused or used in parts.
How much high-speed data is included? What happens when it runs out?
High-speed allowance, reset timing, and reduced speeds differ by destination. Check the allowance and the speed after it is used up before you order. Fair use follows each destination’s rules.
Is this a physical SIM? Will my phone work?
This plan uses a 3-in-1 physical SIM (nano, micro, and standard). No cutting, and eSIM is not offered yet. Your phone needs a compatible SIM slot. Compatibility also depends on the model, carrier lock, and the destination network.
Can I share a hotspot? Are calls or texts included?
Hotspot sharing is included. Other devices use the same data. Confirm before you order whether regular calls or texts are included. App calls also use data.
If I buy during the offer, can I start later?
Yes. The launch price applies if payment is completed before the deadline. You choose the start date separately. See the order page for the date range and the latest start date.
When will the card arrive? Is it in time if I leave soon?
A physical SIM needs delivery time. Check the estimated arrival date for your address before you order. If you leave soon, confirm delivery with support first.
Can I get a refund if my trip changes? Does it renew?
The plan does not renew when it ends. Refund rules can differ for unused and already started plans. See the refund policy or ask support.
