Who needs it

In principle, all non-Thai arrivals (air, land, or sea), including children. Submit within about 3 days before arrival and save the QR code on your phone and email.

Prepare before you fill

  • Passport details matching the booklet exactly
  • Arrival date and flight / transport info
  • Thailand address (hotel English name + address)
  • Travel purpose and health declaration fields
  • An email you can open immediately

  3. Add trip and accommodation details
  4. Complete health questions
  5. Preview, submit, download / save the confirmation QR
